The ingredients

150 grams of shrimp, 150 grams of chickpea flour, 1 glass and a half of water, 1 egg, 1 garlic, ½ onion, 2 sprigs of parsley, salt, oil.

Finely chop the onion and garlic, in a pan with a little oil, sauté and reserve.

Chop the parsley very small.

In an appropriate bowl, we unleash the flour with the water, add the egg and beat it, then add the fried onion and garlic, the chopped parsley, the shrimp and a pinch of salt and mix well.

In a pan with plenty of oil we fry tablespoons of dough, when they are browned on both sides, we are removing on absorbent paper.
