Rich and tasty combination chocolate with banana, in all its textures and compositions, we really enjoy when we make this dessert, although we do less than we would like. The Chocolate cake with banana It is easy to do, but repeating it will be much more.
The ingredients 3 bananas, 180 grams of brown sugar, 180 grams of butter, 200 grams of force flour, one tablespoon of vanilla sugar, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 5 tablespoons of bitter cocoa, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, powdered icing sugar, 3 eggs, 1 finger of black rum, 1 lime and a little salt.
The preparation Melt 180 grams of butter and set aside. Peel the bananas, dice them and sprinkle them with the lime juice. Separate the yolks from the whites and beat the yolks with the brown sugar and the vanilla sugar until you see that you get a very fine cream. Mix the cocoa with the flour, yeast and cinnamon, sift this mixture in a large bowl and then add the yolk cream. Add the melted butter and rum, knead the mixture until you get a homogeneous compound.
Add the banana chips to the dough, mount the egg whites until stiff and add a pinch of salt to them and then incorporate them into the dough slowly and with enveloping movements. In a cake pan previously buttered, pour the preparation.
Cook the cake in the preheated oven at 200º C for 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 180º C and continue cooking for 25 more minutes. Turn off the oven and let the cake cool on a rack, unmold and sprinkle with icing sugar.
Tasting Tasty, you will enjoy a delicious cake. You can also add, instead of bananas, pieces of pear or strawberry, in addition to roasted almonds, the texture will be more crispy.
